Our company started its server hosting service at the T-Online Adatpark, where we (for redundancy reasons) are connected by 2 x 10 Gbit/s to different backbone devices.
  Operators are ready standing by in case you need special help. If a server error occurs, we can reboot the machine for you. If your problem is left unsolved, you can directly access the server's console through the internet using only a browser.
